Hot Foil Type Letters and Print Blocks

Industrial hot foil printers require your print message to be made up in a print block containing the lettering for the words you wish to print onto your packaging. PrintSafe offers a wide range of specifications of lettering and print block to suit the KBA-Metronic range of hot foil coders. We also offer type for other manufacturer’s products.

The letters or words can be made up from either brass or hardened steel, dependent on the substrate onto which you are printing. We have lots of fonts and type faces available and including many different point sizes. Our robust print blocks are also of proven quality and can be orientated in either landscape or portrait to optimise foil usage or to work with the required conveyor direction.
