Card Personalisation
After many years of experience developing coding and marking units, KBA-Metronic has developed the Universys system for personalisation of single cards.
The Universys main advantage is its modular design which contains standardised separation, rotation, inkjet printing, hot stamping and stacker units. A labelling module or a magnetic strip coder can be added for special applications.
This flexible unit’s design enables users to quickly reconfigure the system and upgrade it at a later date, helping to quickly react to the ever changing market conditions.
The KBA-Metronic alphaJET C inkjet is suitable for single ABS, PVC, paper and PET cards in landscape or portrait formats, while the hot stamping module covers relevant data with scratch off film foil.
