TPD compliance with cost-effective batch number printing on your e-liquid bottles, caps or cartons.
It’s almost the last step in the process, but without the date and batch code, our e-liquids can’t go out of the door. We need a reliable printer that is easy for operators to use. We’re very happy with the alphaJET mondo and the service provided by PrintSafe.
Christelle HartNictel Pure E-Liquid
With a range of easy-to-use coding equipment, we can help you address the TPD requirement to print a batch number on your ‘smallest individual packaging’ for your e-liquids and flavours. You can add flexibility and save cost by printing batch codes on your products as you produce them, rather than relying on pre-printing on your labels or cartons.
Print batch numbers on your e-liquid bottles
An inkjet printer mounted on your packaging or labelling line gives you the option to print batch numbers and other product data directly onto your bottles, caps or cartons as required. Our printers are very easy to use with their simple menu system and colour touchscreen. You can choose from options for black, white or coloured ink printers depending on your bottle or cap colour. If you need to print in a very tight space, our alphaJET pcio printer has a minimum print height of just 0.7 mm.
Print product details or apply pre-printed labels on your cartons
With our semi-automatic carton feeding system, you can apply pre-printed labels or print batch codes on your cartons before filling. This gives you the flexibility to code cartons in smaller batches on a just-in-time basis. You can also save costs with a combination of generic cartons and product-specific labels.
The feeding system adjusts for different sizes, so you can code or label 10ml cartons, 3 x 10ml cartons, larger cartons and wraparound sleeves all on one machine.
Throughput will depend on label size or print message as well as carton size. You would typically expect to handle between 150 and 300 cartons per minute.
