The alphaJET C is available as a one or two print head system. Depending on the model, the alphaJET C can either be integrated with one single production line, or print a completely different date simultaneously on two separate production lines.

With the alphaJET C’s versatile print head you can now print up to 6 lines on smooth or irregular surfaces with the 48-dot matrix print head as well as high quality logos or codes.

The low solvent consumption of the alphaJET C is particularly impressive. Through the integrated recovery system the solvent that is not required for printing is fed back into the unit. This is an enormous cost-reduction as the unit uses less than 2 ml of solvent per hour at an ambient temperature of 20°c. The low solvent also reduces the emissions and hence exposure of employees to fumes.

The alphaJET C can be operated with different inks, including pigmented inks for high-contrast and non-fade marking on dark surfaces, or special inks such as UV-detectable inks.

Unit:
