Additionally, PrintSafe customers benefit from our FREE technical support helpline manned by technical experts available Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm excluding bank holidays.
If your company has qualified engineering capabilities in-house our telephone support agents in conjunction with our spares team will despatch parts to your site to get you back up and running with minimal cost and downtime.
Preventative Maintenance Agreements
Many customers prefer to opt for a regular planned maintenance schedule to ensure their equipment is in full operational order when they rely on it most. To this end, PrintSafe provides a range of Preventative Maintenance Agreements tailored to suit your business and the KBA-Metronic products you use. Any number of annual visits can be accommodated with pricing including engineers travelling time and a minimum on-site period, keeping your costs to an absolute minimum. Visits can be scheduled around your busiest times and we also offer out of hours servicing for customers who use their machinery extensively during normal working hours.
On-Or-Off Site Operator & Engineer Training
On installation of your new KBA-Metronic system our experienced engineer will offer basic operator training as standard. Further training can be arranged to cover more advanced machine operation, maintenance and fault finding to ensure that the skill required are transferred to our customers sites.
This training can be tailored to meet the customer’s specific needs and can be either held at the customer’s site or at PrintSafe’s head office in Hampshire.
