PrintSafe Support During Coronavirus (COVID-19) Outbreak
Update: September 2020
Dear Customers, Colleagues and Partners,
I wanted to update you following our announcements at the start of the pandemic in March this year that we are continuing to support customers with our full range of products and services, while following Government guidelines. We have been through a rigorous risk assessment with our external health and safety consultant to become a Covid-19 Secure Workplace. The company has detailed Safe Operating Procedures in place as we continue to work through this global pandemic.
Our telephone help desk, after-sales support, machinery sales and field engineering teams remain fully functional.
The majority of our office-based employees are now able to work both from home and the office and our despatch teams are fulfilling orders for consumables, machinery and parts as normal.
Consumables and Parts Supply
We have increased our levels of the fast-moving consumables and spare parts to meet demand and with Brexit in mind. We are also working closely with our logistics partners to make sure that we can get these to you when you need them.
Our telephone help desk is operating normally. Field engineers are also available for routine, breakdown site visits and training, and have their own supplies of Covid-19 PPE and strict on-site working practices to protect themselves and your employees. Our technicians are used to working with you for any specific site induction for additional protection measures during the pandemic. We are continuing to monitor Government guidelines and adapt our working practices where necessary.
We have a healthy stock of coding equipment available for purchase. In addition, we can supply rental machines for short-term requirements.
If you need coding equipment, we are able to help with machinery installations and will work with you to ensure this is carried out according to our Safe Operating Procedures. If you are exploring a new coding project, please do get in touch for advice, sample testing and video demos and machinery trials.
We are here if you need us, on the same number as always: 01962 761761.
