Continuity of Supply from PrintSafe during COVID-19 Outbreak

Dear Customers, Colleagues and Partners,

We want to reassure you that we are continuing to support customers with our full range of products and services, while following Government guidelines.

Our telephone help desk, after-sales support, machinery sales and field engineering teams remain fully functional.

The majority of our office-based employees are now working from home and we are keeping a rota of staff in the workshop and warehouse to fulfil orders for consumables, machinery and parts.

Consumables and Parts Supply

We continue to maintain good stock levels of consumables and spare parts. We are also working closely with our logistics partners to make sure that we can get these to you when you need them.

Engineering Support

Our telephone help desk is operating normally. Field engineers are also available for critical site visits, subject to your own and Government guidelines.

Machinery Sales

We have a healthy stock of coding equipment available for purchase. In addition, we can supply rental machines for short-term requirements.

If you need coding equipment, we are able to help with critical machinery installations. If you are exploring a new coding project, please do get in touch for advice, sample testing and video demos.
