Our team of engineers is on hand to help you look after your PrintSafe machines, provide scheduled maintenance services and keep your production up and running.

Technical Support

All Koenig & Bauer Coding printers and ancillary equipment require ongoing routine maintenance to keep them in optimum condition. This can be carried out by your maintenance team or trained operators, according to the operator manual supplied.

If you need any additional technical support, our free telephone help desk is available from 8:30 -17:00 Monday to Friday.

Scheduled Maintenance

In addition to ongoing routine maintenance, we recommend that all printers and other equipment be serviced at regular intervals to make sure that they continue to run reliably. Service intervals vary according to the equipment and running hours.

Scheduled servicing is carried out by our fully-trained field engineers.

We provide Preventative Maintenance contracts which include a scheduled service visit as well as offering discounts on training and other services.
