Future-Proof Coding and Labelling

The udaFORMAXX ‘I’ is a standalone carton and sleeve feeding machine for variable data printing and spot labelling. The feeding mechanism transports each pack underneath the print head or label applicator and into a neat stack ready for collection by the operator. The side belt grip holds the pack firmly in position for highly accurate code or label placement. Throughput varies depending on your pack size, printer type and print message, but would typically be between 100 and 300 packs per minute.

Modular Design for Coding and Labelling Flexibility

Alongside the high-quality build, its modular construction makes the udaFORMAXX truly future-proof as a main or back-up coding option. You have the option to change or add different print technologies over time. You can add a camera verification system. You can also integrate a label applicator for printing and labelling in one pass.

If you need a complete code inspection system, you can use the udaFORMAXX with a vision system and integrated reject station.

Most pack types will feed and code very reliably  on udaFORMAXX ‘I’ with its simple side belt grip mechanism. We also offer the udaFORMAXX ‘C’ Carton Feeder which can provide additional flexibility for coding or labelling certain pack sizes and shapes.

With so many product lines and packaging variables, the feeder gives us a huge amount of flexibility and the extra speed we need. Without it, we would have struggled to date code quickly enough to fulfil the new and increased orders we were getting.
