Our experience with PrintSafe was excellent from our first enquiry through to the follow up after delivery. We bought the machine to automate the printing of date codes onto our customers’ labels, rather than sticking labels on by hand. The training provided by PrintSafe was in depth and to a high standard. I’ve been involved in racing for numerous years in IndyCars, I have become accustomed to accurate well-made machines with product service to match. We changed our lines to PrintSafe printers. They are usually issue-free but when they are not, the most important thing to us is the speed of getting an engineer on site which allows us minimal downtime.

We used to hand label every pack, but with production numbers in the millions we were looking for efficiencies. We looked around at different options and found the carton coding machine from PrintSafe. It has been really good for us.

When we made the decision to invest in the equipment, we knew that it would pay for itself in less than 6 months if it performed as we hoped – and it has.

With the accurate print positioning provided by the sleeve and carton coding system, we were able to guarantee high quality codes. This meant practically zero wastage – which was another cost saving.

The team at PrintSafe provided a very fast and efficient service when we had been let down by our usual supplier. We hired two printers from them which both arrived promptly and were installed by their technician who also trained our operators on how to use the machines.
